I’ve never met a business that said they had too many “good quality” Marketing prospects.
After thirty-five years, hundreds of clients and launching fifty-eight startups…we’ve learned a few things about how to woo high quality marketing prospects and I’m going to share one of them today. Help your marketing prospects persuade themselves. The famous French mathematician and philosopher Blaise Pascal said, “We are more easily persuaded, by the reasons we ourselves discover than by those which are given to us by others.” So, help your prospects persuade themselves that they need your product or service…and that your company is where they should get it.
Compelling content that your prospects can discover online is often more persuasive than a sales pitch from your staff.
Everybody does their homework online before they contact your company or your competitors, and the most compelling type of content is quality, focused video.
Video offers logical information.
Video can offer the perfect sales pitch.
Video can speak to the emotions.
Video is memorable.
Videos can be re-watched over and over.
Video is easy for your prospects to share with anyone your prospect may want to include in the decision-making process.
But rather than tell you, let me just show you an inexpensive video we recently did for one of our clients to introduce a new product. And I’ll tell you up front that our sales efforts for this product have been so successful that this product is totally sold out. Our client is now focused on expanding their manufacturing capacity.
