Destination Marketing is looking for the right person to join our organization as Director of Business Development. Working directly for the Vice President of Account Services, the DNBD position requires a motivated self-starter who can bring great thoughts and ideas to a team that prides itself on providing superior results. The Director of New Business Development will be responsible for working directly with the Vice President on strategic development of new business plans, materials, pitches, etc. People who are successful at Destination Marketing must work hard, have fun and thrive on a fast paced atmosphere. The ideal candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, self-initiating, multi-tasker who enjoys a fun, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He/She should have excellent verbal and written skills, a high degree of organization and time management abilities, and strong attention to detail. Additionally, the perfect candidate should be a flexible team player with a desire to grow within the department. Minimum Qualifications:
