Job Opening: Account Manager

Destination Marketing is looking for candidates to join our organization as Account Managers. Working in concert with the Account Directors, the Strategic Team and all of the other departments in the agency, the Account Manager position requires someone who enjoys working as part of a team to provide superior results. The Account Manager’s responsibility in this environment is for the day-to-day operations of the agency’s clients. People who are successful at Destination Marketing must work hard, have fun and thrive on delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, self-initiating, multi-tasker who enjoys a fun, fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He/She should have excellent verbal and written skills, a high degree of organization and time management abilities, and strong attention to detail. Additionally, the perfect candidate should be a flexible team player with a desire to grow within the department.

Experience:

• Two to four years of experience in media, in a marketing department or in an agency environment
• One to three years working on accounts in a role similar to Destination Marketing’s Account Manager
• BA or BS in business, marketing or related field. Relevant experience may also be given consideration

The Account Manager position is full-time and salaried.  Periodic travel for some accounts may be required.
